Lot number Twenty-Four (24) of Cade's East Point Subdivision, a subdivision located in the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 9; the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of
Section 10, and the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 15; all in Township 6 North, Range 13
West, Sabine Parish, Louisiana, as per plat of survey by R. V. Leone, registered Surveyor, dated
September 15, 1967, and recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 80, under Registry No. 198903 of the records
of the Clerk and Recorder of the Parish of Sabine, State of Louisiana.
