Offering the 194+/- acre horse breeding facility currently operating as JEH Stallion Station. Seller, who is consolidating to another Texas ranch, purchased the ranch almost 20 years ago and developed a champion thoroughbred and quarter horse breeding facility. The farm improvements have expanded over the years to include several stallion and mare barns, three ranch hand homes, an office, lab, lighted arena and many paddocks and pastures.

Located in Denton County, the ranch is in the heart of Texas Horse Country. The facilities on the ranch are versatile for any type of horse or livestock operation, including breeding, training or boarding, or for a range of disciplines that include racing, reigning, cutting or hunters/jumpers.

The Dallas North Tollway currently ends at Hwy 380, just south and east of JEH Stallion Station. However, the North Texas Tollway Authority has proposed, and started initial planning, for a 17.6 mile Phase 4 extension northward that would bring the highway within a few miles of the ranch. The tollway has helped spur development of several master-planned communities in the immediate area, including the nearby communities of Savannah and Providence Village.

The ranch will sell in seven parcels, with most of the horse improvements located on Parcel 1. Two of the ranch hand homes will sell separately and no equipment or livestock will be conveying.
